I've had the privilege of sharing my passion of coaching with others since the tender age of 12. It's not just a profession, but a calling that has been etched into the very fabric of my being. It was instilled in me by my father who raised me to be a coach; and my Middle Eastern heritage where grappling is held in such a high regard. 

I've honed my skills, accumulated accolades, and distilled the essence of my experiences into lesson plans that I'm thrilled to share with you. Unlike other gyms, where a pro athlete might do his or her best to motivate you, I bring a unique blend of true coaching knowledge to the mat. My lesson plans are well researched and explained with love. If you have never met a real, professional coach who is trained to teach, it's a league of it's own.

My travels have taken me to incredible places, where I've immersed myself in diverse cultures and philosophies. As the owner and head coach of this dojo, I'll be your constant guide, companion, and support on your journey of putting on the armor of God.
